Introduction to Hospitality Skill Set

Take your first step into the hospitality industry with this introductory skill set. Gain practical skills in responsible service of alcohol, food safety and hygiene, and learn how to work safely in hospitality environments such as cafés, restaurants, hotels and bars.

Work Safely in Construction Skill Set

Build the skills to set yourself up for a bright future in the construction industry with this short course and learn how to follow mandatory work health and safety requirements in accordance with safety legislative requirements, use a range of construction equipment and tools including levelling devices, basic construction work applications for new and existing structures, and more.

Construction Industry Preparation Skill Set

Looking for a head start on your construction industry career? This short course Skill Set will give you skills and knowledge in demand across a range of job roles, with a particular focus on working at heights training to attain your White Card.

Infrastructure Ready Program

This pathway focuses on skills and knowledge to set you up to work on civil construction projects such as new roads, and the construction of public buildings and facilities.

Because the skill sets are not a full qualification, you will not receive a certificate.

You will receive a Statement of Attainment that lists all of the units of competency you completed in the skill set. This statement is recognised nationally as an official record. It verifies that you have completed those units, so you can receive credit for them should you continue on to further study.
